Vision Purpose Mission:
To be the Body of Christ locally in Damascus and Surrounding area.

Desired Community Impact:
Help the Salvation Army reach out to children in their area. Involve you and adults. Individual ministries to refuges and immigrants.

Congregation Demographics:
300 to 400, mostly white middle class, all ages. Many older folks

Strenths:

1. Teaching Ministry
2. volunteers in a variety of Church and social outreach.
3. Several paid staff in various ministries.

Weaknesses:

1. Evangelism as a church
2. Cross cultural outreach locally.
3. Not planting Churches
